DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
To prepare Sissons Concrete Primer for use, add 1 qt. of clean water per gallon of Primer and mix thoroughly. The new surface must be clean, and free of dirt, dust, grease, oil, and other debris. Fill all cracks, crevices, etc., with an appropriate masonry filler. The purpose of a Primer on new concrete surfaces is to promote penetration of the paint system, satisfy the porosity of the surface, and promote adhesion of the topcoat. In view of this, the primer must be properly thinned down, and care must be taken to avoid the application of a “heavy” coat.
