- Used to connect two lengths of cast iron, plastic, steel or lead pipe with a different diameter
- Fitted over each pipe end and tightened with a stainless steel jubilee clip, creating a watertight seal
- Tightens bolts to 60" lbs. min / max torque and tested to maintain 4.3 p.s.i maximum line pressure
